By portrayal that’s not a massive gap in speed, Dagon is literally getting his ass whooped and still isn’t 100% sure Naobito is faster.
What’s more, when Jogo fights Gojo and Sukuna, he isn’t actually perception blitzed by them outside of : cleave, red, and a blue amped punch, all of which are much faster than Naobito lol

Kenjaku and his monster could be endgame too but Sukuna has way way more presence. Kenjaku feels like more like puppet master.
We are in just as long into OP as when Akainu first appeared and he really hasn’t had much of a threatening presence. And his last one where he let Kuma escape didn’t help. Meanwhile someone like Shanks one-shotted a 3 billion bounty berry dude. The difference in attention is undeniable.
