I agree. She's easily a high ranking commander status if she were under an Emperor.
Even though Stampede is non-canon this scene with her is pure epic. We need more scenes with her like this. She dealt damage to Bullet in his awakened form.
I'm 100% certain that she uses advanced Armament Haki (Emission and Internal Destruction) because she trained under Rayleigh.

I always like the sichibukai more than any other faction in the series. They all have unique personality. A bit disappointed with doffy tho since to me he is basically crocodile 2.0.
But on topic, I like handcock because she is one of the rare strong female character, and the fact that Sengoku and Aokiji wanked her means you will need to think twice before messing up with her.

Honnestly I find her character to have become more annoying and bemusing than interesting and amusing since she fell in love with Luffy, and I would have preferred for her to have another motive to be a misandrist because even as nightmarish her life under the Celestial Dragons was it's also ignoring the fact that CD are not exclusively males and that female CD are just as bad and cruel as the male ones and that many of her fellow slaves were men and boys, not counting what Fisher Tiger and Rayleigh did for her.
As much as I like Coby, he's no where near her level in terms of power and strength. Hancock isn't getting captured by Coby and the marines. The Amazonian women are warriors so they're not going to give up without a fight. I can't think of the outcome of what's going to happen, but she's going to appear to aid Luffy on his journey.
