She may have the Fruit and Vegetables devil fruit, it's also not impossible that she has some of her mother's physical strength and resistance. I also expect her to be one of the most reasonnable and level-headed of the BMP.

I dont think she has a devil fruit. Like I dont know what she could do with fruit fruit. However I see her quite destructive with a pretty good armament Haki. However I fear that we're not going to see her abilities much.

How many unknown bounties in the Big Mom Pirates ?

I think for sure Amande and Compote have one. Amande I'd say around 150 millions+ and Compote maybe a little less than Daifuku and Oven so around 250 millions. These bounties would be revealed in the future EX characters Vivre Card Wano/ Future arcs packs.
We know Brulee does not have a bounty. So should we expect bounties for Opera or Galette ? Personally I don't think so.
