Smoothie's power should make her a great counter to fishmen, merfolks and their water-based martial arts such as Fishman Karate, Jujutsu or Merman Combat with her draining the water they project or manipulate and inside them if she grabs or slash them with her blade.
I wouldn't be surprised if her sword can also takes the properties of liquids it absorbs like the juice coming from lava rocks could possibly turns her sword into a lava one or poison.

Maybe Cracker and Katakuri since they grew up in the era where everyone was born on ships.

Personnally I imagine that Katakuri is closer to Smoothie since they seem to be both the strongest and most mature of the Sweet Commanders, beside Smoothie seems to know Katakuri very-well since she was able of noticing that Katakuri was troubled when he foresaw Pudding crying.

They could be close, but I still say that Cracker and Katakuri might have that earliest sibling bond.
