I think that Tamago and Bobbin were really underexploited during WCI arc. Despite him not being a member of the Charlotte Family and a minister Tamago is clearly one of the most reasonnable and influencial members of the crew with him being respected by and serving as an advisor to Mont d'Or, Smoothie and to Big Mom herself. Plus his df is one of the strangest and most interesting that exists.
While Bobbin's power wasn't even explained, we don't know if it's a df or not and it surely has much potential, and he was taken out of the story too quickly.

Felt like Pekoms was also under exploited fighting wise

I have the impression that Streusen still has some form of influence, authority on Linlin as her mentor and parental figure. While she is able of going behind his back she doesn't seem to cancel his orders directly as shown when she told Dolce and Dragée to get a knife for Anana instead of telling or ending a message to Streusen to let her have it.
