Cipher Pol kinda sucks at their jobs

Couldn't kill iceberg
Couldn't capture Robin until she turned herself over
Didn't even know one of their own was a spy
Has yet to actually kill a single vegapunk
The few that did die was killed by York and the Seraphim
Even had a direct hand in Luffy awakening his fruit

They also suck at stealth and secrecy. Assassins are supposed to remain unseen and in the shadows and certainely not for their victims to see their faces long enough to identify them and for common soldiers to know their appearances and names.
