Magu² no mi Isnt the most Powerfull, it's the most Offensive power.
The most powerfull Logia type still Goro² no mi( Enel's Fruit), Enel just lack of training.

Akainu is the one who makes the fruit that powerfull, magma not supposed to burn fire but Akainu manifests a power greater than Natural Magma.

This is explain how also not get damaged by Marco and Vista, it's because he can reshape his body like Katakuri with Observation haki.

Shanks use Haki I guess, also with that level of Kenbunshoku Haki Shanks still negs his haki.

Didn't need the ''One Piece Journal'' to tell us that Akainu is a real candidate for Top1-2 in the verse (Mihawk being the other contender)
They also didn't use the best panel to showcase his Coo which was a double team from Marco and Vista that did 0 damage to him eventhough they used haki (probably due to FS or something similar)
