Why Zoro will fight Kaidou again ?

Because Luffy cant kill Kaido which is the only way of keeping Kaido down.
Otherwise, he will stand up minutes later and keep coming after them while they dont recover at his rate.

That's just a bad understanding of what Hawkins said. I'd put more stock in Kaido and Big Mom no longer seeing a point to locking up Luffy or keeping him alive for any reason. Zoro will recover better in a short span of hours than he will in even a week with no allies able to stop him from getting killed in his defeated state.

Mihawk's slash and Luffy's pain failed to put him down for more than a few days. We are speaking about a Pre-TS Zoro. If they don't help him with the recovery I would say a few hours. If they helo him 1 or 2.

i'm not saying zoro will take two wreks to heal, he can recover faster, but for few days at least
there's no way he can fight a decent opponent in his current state
this kind of damage needed like a month to heal before

All that Zoro has left to prove is that he has enough firepower to split Kaido's body into pieces.
He has already proven that he is a better combatant in their exchange in 1010.

Never. Zoro can't even make Kaidou looks on him as TOP-TIER of the World as Luffy (even no Advance COC) does in chapter 1001.

Doesnt matter how Kaido looks at him. What matters is who does the most damage to Kaido and Zoro is by far the best.

In his dreams. Zoro even have a firepower to never lose again after defeated by Mihawk. But still has many loose after that.

Not a single one of those "loses" were with his in good condition being bested by anyone, just like Kaido didnt best him either.

Luffy Knock Kaidou down on his back. But Zoro never. Not even make Kaidou down on his knees . Even Zoro himself accepted that his strongest attack that cann't even knock Kaidou as his feet.

Zoro is not in the game of punching people if you didnt notice, he plays the game of cutting people up.
Zoro's attack is the only attack that gave Kaido a permanent injury. Meanwhile, other 4 SNs put together didnt achieve that much.

Zoro has taken a lot of damage this arc. He was nail, scythe in the shoulder, Hakai. Injured Zoro is my favorite. While I want him to fight, I also want him to stay injured.

I have been rereading Wano and this is the first time that Oda really established Zoro's connections to other characters. I think a still injured Zoro will reunite with Hyori and Momo (maybe?) They will confront Orochi. I want that to be more of a character development moment because injured Zoro could easily kill Orochi. On top of that, I want to know more about the Shimotasuki village connection. If Oda can connect Kuina to the Shimotasuki clan, then I think he could give Zoro more of a backstory.

I still believe in ZKK. I don't know how long it will take for Zoro to heal in order to confront Kaido again. I liked what he did on the roof but it seems like he was supposed to do more. He uses Asura after 500 chapters and it doesn't cause Kaido to fall to his knees. Then we have Oda saying that he is a CoC user. I believe that needs to be brought up again. Finally he has parallels to Ryuma and the possibility of turning a sword black.
