I say that Death takes it.
All what Condom-Boy can do is create stronger punches and use that shitty power system for dick meassuring named haki.
While Death is a fighter who uses sharp force,which is a big weakness of Condom-Boy. No author other than Lolda would make Death give in to Condom-Boy's talk-no-jutsu and drop his sickles to fight him bare-fisted(🤡 This is for you,Katacuck.). And Condom-Boy has no credible means for fight against sharp force when this shenanigan doesn't happen. Furthermore,Death has his own quota of supernatural powers,which allow him to grapple Condom-Boy's cringe final form.

Yes,condom fears death and does not accept it. This is why Lolda protects him and his friends with ridiculous plot induced stupidity.
The one time condom lost someone important to him,he had a major mental breakdown. In the hands of a author with sense of realism and no bias towards him,condom would lose friends more often and fall into a incurable depression.
