With the big topic this week of Conqueror's/Supreme King Haki, I thought it would be useful to discuss who else will be confirmed be users of this power. First, a list of all users confirmed up until now:

The thing with Garling is Gaban said he never saw a Holy Knight with the power until Harald became one, and it would feel odd Garling never once was a part of the members who chased after Roger, since it was his kid, after all.

that's a very good point

but it would be odd if he's the only Gorosei that doesn't have it

I admittedly wonder if the Gorosei actually are real users and it's just that they are able to channel Imu's CoC through themselves. Since the Haki used to describe theirs is the same kind of verbiage as his. Plus, they can also do Domi Reversi, too.

Shiki from what we know is a confirmed CoC user. Z was said to have trained Kizaru and Sakazuki. It's crazy Oda hasn't introduced him in the manga. From what we know he seems like a standard coa user.

I mean, ain't it obvious that Gorosei are only CoC users because of their stronger covenant with Imu?

Garling got it after he got promoted to Gorosei

This is why Shamrock is 50/50.
He's just a mere holy knight so far. Seeing how Oda will want to take it, either he will be a coc user because of shanks or he will not be a coc user and will be portrayed as a failure of a twin who is weaker because he's evil

If Sanji has it. Ofc Sakazuki and Blackbeard gets it too.

Everyone who will fight a Gorosei will have it so Sabo Sanji Law
What bugs me is the Holy Knights's fight tho. I refuse to believe Oda is just gonna give COC to another 10 (?) characters but well what do I know

We've already seen a HK get dealt with and essentially beaten without the need for COC. But at this stage, an Omen boosted HK or a Gorosei down the line will require COC to put down. I just don't think Oda will give the other HKs Omen when the final war happens. They'll probably be beaten the same way Sanji took out base Killingham, or in a similar fashion.

Also, whether Koby, Sabo and Law fight a Gorosei or not doesn't matter. They'll definitely be Conquerors. The future face of the Marines, the future face of the Revolutionaries, and a future legend and one of the leading faces of the new pirate era who's also a D. The setup is there for all of them. I just hope we see them unlock it on panel.

I have a theory there's going to be a Conqueror free for all with the people on the endgame panel
