That trio of WB/Kaido/BM was like Luffy/Law/Kid, while Roger and Rox were Shanks and Rox.

We saw in Wano Big Mom and Kaido were portrayed as durability monsters with rooftop 5 attacks not working on them. As described in WCI arc Big Mom durability is not devil fruit related and comes from her skin which was described as Iron balloon like. Brook who could cut Dragon in Punk Hazard together with Kinemon could not leave a scratch on Big Mom ( while Kinemon could pierce Kaido couple times ). Kaido with devil fruit and Big Mom have nigh equal durability yet recent chapter confirms this would be no obstacle to Whitebeard and his AP.

Big Mom literally confirms Whitebeard slash that cut holy dragon in half could kill her so same goes for Kaido too.
