Powers & Abilities Could Kizaru have CoC?

So far almost every single opponent Luffy has faced has had CoC:

• Chinjao
• Doffy
• Katakuri
• Kaido

Hence with Luffy vs Kizaru going to round 2, what are the chances that Kizaru is a CoC user?

He serves under Saturn, but Katakuri also served under BM. Yet Kata had it, so I don’t see why Kizaru couldn’t. Especially since we don’t know much about Kizaru’s past or his motivations.

Yeah he used it when he saw Luffy as an equal, I don’t think the same applies for Kizaru who has never seen Luffy as inferior throughout this fight.
