A leader of a small band of elite mercenaries who make their living through the Underworld. He is the lone survivor of a fallen kingdom unaffiliated with the World Government, where a Native Hunting Competition once took place. Because of this, he holds a blood grudge against the Celestial Dragons and the Marines, who stood by and allowed it to happen.

Over time, the mercenaries' services became increasingly expensive due to their continued fabled success rate. Buggy was never able to afford them. They have become so costly that they rarely appear, leading some to doubt their very existence.

At one point, the leader infiltrated Baltigo and met with Dragon in private to personally offer his services free of charge for the day Dragon would finally make his main move against the Celestial Dragons.

Big Daddy Saran

Former Marines Chief Of Staff at age 13 turned pirate and was a well known Pseudo-Yonko in the Northern Calm Belt. His island of machinations makes that midwit Vegapunk blush.

How did he become Chief Of Staff? He defeated Kong in arm wrestling, much to the chagrin of Kong, Zed, Garp and Sengoku.
For a whole year, he was given the seat of Fleet Admiral. But when the time came for the bet to finish, Saran promoted himself to Chief Of Staff of the Marines, aged 13. yes Kong is very weak

He was born in Gargaeria, the male counterpart to Amazon Lily, and a small island filled with male barbarians.
On Gargaeria, only men can be born.

Big Mom visited Gargaeria, killed all but 4 of the men, and took Saran as her adopted son.
He was raised by Shiki mostly, who even made the designs to his adopted son Saran's ship the Lust of Hell.


He wants to be KING OF THE HAREM

after defecting from the Marines at age 14, he set out to Kaijushima, his island filled with four great monsters, whom he tamed.

And finally, Mecha, the leader of his army of Mecha Gods, built by Saran at age 12, numbering 1000 patrollers, 220 defenders, and 1900 attackers and protect the island from intruders.
The island of Kaijushima has a small population of 100, meaning most of his crew (except for newborn female babies) are part of his crew.

Currently has 3 generations of wives. 33 in the gen1, 20 in the gen ii and 10 in the gen iii
the fourth gen are still children
Nicknamed his epithet "Big Daddy" because of this, he is part of a great scandal for the Marines due to lying about his age and ecoming Fleet Admiral then Marines Chief Of Staff.

He has eaten the Indron Indron No Mi, meaning he can use lightning in the sky and around him, as well as summon lightning bolts down on opponents.

He has expertise in Mantra like Observation Haki, meaning far-distance.

Having attacked an marine outpost near Mariejois earned him a bounty of 960 million, but being in the Calm Belt, and generally having laid low, the Marines don't go out of their way to attack him most of the time, though when Luffy was still 30 million berries, there was a raid led by Kizaru, which crippled one of his generals , and led to an all out assault on his island.

The aftermath was that he having thwarted Kizaru from a total takeover, was given a bounty of 2.2 billion, just shy of being considered a Yonkou...

Big Daddy Saran himself has approximately 50 ships, with Big Daddy Saran leading 31 of them, King-G leading 7, Mothra leading 4, Goji leading 4, Mecha leading 3.

Big Daddy Saran has developed 3 pseudo Ancient weapons, each of which can destroy 1/2 of an island. His stockpile of guns and sea stone weaponry stolen from mooky marines has become a total of 35. His island is a fortress, which would require much more military might than a Yonko, especially considering his youth and endless hordes of Mecha Gods.

One Mecha God is equivalent to Hody Jones in power, while Mecha himself is comparable to Katakuri.

Since becoming de-facto King of Kaijushima, Saran has rebuilt Gargaeria, though that project is still ongoing, and he has located 2 of the remaining 3 survivors of Gargaeria.

An admiraL by the name of Raiki.

He has the liquid liquid fruit and can turn his body and other objects he touches to change form into a liquid. His favorite move is to turn his sword into a liquid to expand its size for long range and unexpected attacks, also his sword is basically unlockable by any swordsman since he will change it into a water like substance on contact with your blade, you can cut it in half but it will reassembles once it's past your sword and cuts your chest.


He used to be a criminal and was raised in a pirate family until he met his wife and decided to change his ways and pay for his crimes. He defeated his father when he was trying to destroy his wife's country and gave him to the navy. He then was pardoned by the WG and because of his monstrous strength he was recruited by Sengoku and rose up the ranks very quickly.


His younger psycho brother (Remy) decided to pay him back for his betrayal so he killed his wife and took his 6 year old son hostage. He burned the son's face in a den den mushi conversation with him and promised to finish the job if their father isn't released in 2 days. Sengoku doesn't allow him to release his dad but helps set up a trap at the hostage exchange meetup but Remy escapes thanks to his new secret fruit: the Bomb Bomb fruit.
Raiki takes his son back and as he goes to hug him the bomb that was put on him with the fruit, explodes, kills his son and blinds him as well.


12 years has passed. Raiki has given up on trying to capture his brother since the time that he took over the island of Tawaii. This island was the most important prison after imple down and was used to house some of the worst criminals. 4 years ago Remy and his crew stormed the place, killed the guards, recruited the criminals and now use this island as their base.
if he was in new world he would be a 5th emperor but since he is in paradise he has become The king of that sea and any pirate in that place either joins him or gets crushed. His crew and manpower is believed to have surpassed that of a yonko even and he has a whopping 2.8 billion bounty on his head.

Raiki has never taken his attention off this place and is waiting for the best moment to strike until he overhears Sengoku and Garp talking about how they should break the news to him that Remy will be given the rank of a warlord in a week and all his crimes and even his crewmates will be forgiven.

He leaves the HQ in a rush, recruites as many VA's and soldiers as he can and moves for the island. Sengoku calls to stop him but he's reminded that he has no right since the criminal isn't a warlord officially yet. Raiki hangs up as Sengoku is sweating and shouting while Garp is eating cookies.
The island is surrounded and Raiki calls for a bustercall but the enemy is too numerous and strong. Will he succeed? He doesn't care. One of the brothers has to die today.

The attack starts with massive canon fire on the island and absolutely decimating their harbor and most of their ships thanks to the surprise attack but the pirates quickly gather themselves and start to respond.

A giant flying slash crushes vice admiral strawberry's ship. It's the ancient giant sigrid who has a 582 million bounty. Something faster than the eye can see lands on another ship and quickly an explosion follows as he goes back into the sky. Someone shouts "that's Saka the Eagle. Vice captain with a 1.128 billion bounty."
From the sea a dozen water spears hit Momonga's ship. It's the 200 fishmen division lead by Wasp who has a 283 million bounty.

The Admiral orders Doberman, Momonga and Onigumu to lead the most elite soldiers onto the island while leaving half their forces on the ships to carry on with the naval battle and to not allow a person to escape.

23 ships still remain active. 8000 elite soldiers follow their admiral straight to the heart of the island to take his brothers head. The vice admirals will take 1000 men each with 20 pacifistas and attack the different bases and crews on the island.

A giant fire attack burns the trees infront of them and comes straight at the admiral but is deflected. Infront of them are the ancient giant Sigrid, demon fist Jack (602 million) and fire breath Maki (402 million) leading what seems to be more than 15000 criminals.
The soldiers stop in their tracks. They haven't seen a giant that big. Someone says their total bounties is more than 1.5 billion in a shaking voice.

Sigrid laughs and says i didn't think i'd get to kill an admiral today. Demon fist shouts "he's mine to crush you monkey". Fire breath warns them to not underestimate him and all 3 should work together since the opponent is an admiral of the navy. (They both tell him to shut up)
Sigrid raises his massive glaive in the sky and asks him if he's really the boss's brother? but he gets no response which pisses him off. "Die" as he swings down his glaive which covers the sun. The soldiers scream "run" while demon fist is pissed "i wanted first taste". Raiki doesn't move an inch, he doesn't take out his blade even as he simply looks up and clenches the pipe in his mouth.
Sigrid is laughing "so admirals weren't that strong after all" but as the dust settles what he sees infront of him shocks him. His blade was stopped with a pipe that is still in the admiral's mouth. As he gets pissed and screams "impossible", Raiki takes out his blade wnd cuts him in half with a single swing. Demon fist is sweating but he charges head first and says get crushed with my unstoppable punch but Raiki cuts off his arm and then pierces his chest with his own arm. Maki escapes in terror but he gets blitzed and his head comes off his shoulders.
The Admiral gives the order to his men to charge at the fleeing criminals and not let a single one to escape.

He makes his way to the front of the castle. Remy is sitting on top of the tower and says "long time no see bro..." a punch to the face breaks his teeth and stops him from finishing his sentence. The brothers engage in a fierce fight but as Raiki starts to gain an advantage a talon cuts his left side. Out of the shadow comes Saka the Eagle while his twin brother Taiki the Pigeon (982 million) sends a flaying a sword slash. The fight continues but the new situation is to hard to handle and the admiral keeps getting cut from different angles.

A massive explosion blows him back and as he attacks his brother again the two birds fly at him from the sides but suddenly they are sent flying while someone asks if they've been kicked at the speed of light before.
Raiki thanks Kizaru but he responds with "you should keep that for Sakazuki. He's in new world and couldn't come but told me if i don't save your ass he'll tell Sengoku about my weed stash". Raiki starts to fight his brother again as Kizaru fights the twins.
12 minutes have passed and Raiki has lost his left arm but his brother is bleeding massively from his stomach and shoulder wounds. The victory is within grasp as Remy pushes a button and says the entire island is full of TNT and will now explode in 10 minutes. Raiki tells the entire navy to evaquate the place but unlike what Remy thought he's not gonna stop the fight.
"We'll both die, you idiot" But he doesn't hear a response. only thing he sees is rage in his brother's eyes.
1.5 minutes is still left until the explosion and other than Kizaru and Raiki, everyone else is already on their ships.
Kizaru uses a new technique and defeats the twins but now there is mere seconds left until the explosion. He tells Raiki he's gonna come get him but is told to leave "My wounds won't let me live but atleast i'll avenge my family before i meet them". Kizaru has tears in his eyes as he flies to the sky and 💥.
The remains of what used to be an island sink to the sea as Kizaru and the marines watch from their ships. The only thing left is a floating cape written "admiral" on it.

Rackham's mother used to tell him that their family was originally from an Ancient Kingdom, he grew up listening to her and the secret legends about their ancestors. Legends full of blood.
He became a man with an estabilished position in the New World, especially in the Underworld. He started quite young, using his mechanical abilities to build weapons by himself and traffic them to the highest bidder, then over the time he extended his activities to bounty-hunting and contract-assassinations.

As time went by he began to carry out these activities less and less, thanks to his rewarding collaborations with two former Warlords: Crocodile and Doflamingo. He became a special and valued collaborator of Baroque Works, while not being in the official ranks: he handled sensitive activities in the New World in Crocodile's name. At the same time, he worked as a freelance "fixer" for Doflamingo: managing his logistics and overlooking Doflamingo's influencial nets in Paradise. Basically he worked as an important asset for the Boss of Baroque Works in the New World (since Crocodile operated in Paradise) and for the Head of the Don Quixote Family in Paradise (since Doflamingo had his hands full in the New World).
Obviously, the fall of Crocodile 2 years ago, Doflamingo's recently, had a huge impact on his business, forcing him to go back to his old ways. But his eye has caught the birth of Cross Guild, and the bounties on the Marines head, with particular attention and interest...

Rackham is almost 40 years old, dark blonde, with a scar on his head. He usually wears a red linen shirt (similar to the one Luffy was wearing when he returned to Sabaody) with an oversize black leather jacket on top, black pants and a green sash around the hips. Around his neck, he always has a silver chain with an ancient medal his mother gifted him when he was a kid.

• For his high-level criminal career, the World Governament put a bounty of 1,370,000,000 on Rackham's head.
• He ate the Nagi Nagi Devil Fruit (formerly Rocinante's) making him a Silent Man, perfect for his Underworld activities.
• Tucked into his sash, he always carries a gun (named "Sentenza") and a knife (named "Rubra"), both of which he built and improved over time with his own hands
• He uses basic Observation Haki (sensing) and Conqueror Haki (domination/incapacitation) but is particularly skilled in Armament Haki, being able of hardening (even fullbody, like Vergo), imbuement and emission (Wano's Ryo)
• Part of the infamy he accumulated over the years comes from the murder of some Cipher Pol agents, during which he learned to use 3 of the 6 Rokushiki: Soro, Geppo and Rankyaku

Rackham's hideout is in Paradise in the island of St. Circe: a Mediterranean-style island, where legends say the sorceress Circe used to live hundreds of years ago, possibly during the Void Century. Unlike his business parterns, Doflamingo and Crocodile, he sincerely loves this island and even protects it when belligerant pirates make port.
