Powers & Abilities Cross Guild can't only rely on Mihawk for strength

Every character in One piece can win against any opponent, it's just Oda's decision to do it so. Cry as much as you want, but Buggy-sama is going to be pirate king. Everyone that downplays old characters just because they have worst depiction of strength doesn't realize that Oda love those characters. Is like thinking that Ussop being a coward is something that won't change ever... EOS Buggy is Yonko level too

Also crocodile and mihawk are not that close in power. If crocodile was also some top tier they wouldn't be partners.
They teamed up as equals not because they're close in strength or even just because thier similar goals but because they each add something different

Croc is strong enough that mihawk is willing to team up with him and think Croc can achieve his goal of creating utopia and the two of them can fight the marines…
Yeah croc is more than strong enough. Again unless you think cross guild isn’t going to be important, the idea that croc isn’t a top tier makes zero sense.

They contribute different things to cross guild
- Mihawk is the strong guy
- Crocodile leads, plans, and finances the forces they gather
Never said you did but you did say they are comparable
If crocodile is a high diff fight for mihawk, is the one planning everything, leading its members, financings, with cross guild being his idea, and utopia his goal first before mihawk wanted the same then mihawk isn't worthy of being partners
Again mihawk role is strength and crocodiles role is pretty much everything else. Crocodile strength doesn't contribute close to how much mihawks does

1. The underworld emperors are financing cross guild because they believe in crocodile
2. Buggys leading the subordinates
Utopia is crocodiles dream and mihawk has stock in it. They’re partners because they respect each others strength and share a dream. Again, the structure of cross guild is built on crocodiles and Mihawks shared power.
