But remember, the strength of an emperor crew lies in multiple strong people. So, the marines seem to think the Cross Guild has two emperor level fighters and crocodile...that is why they are considered equal to a yonko crew.
This is false. They have 1 emperor level fighter and an admiral level. Daz Bones is an unknown. The rest is fodder.
Otoh, Shanks has like 10 executives. Mihawk and Crocodile are not taking on Shanks and his top fighters. Not to mention Shanks also has mid level fighters like Rockstar.
