Of Mihawk buggy and crocodile, yeah his crews the largest.

And yes the others have merit; but neither of them are revered as Buggy. Buggy’s bounty is purely based on his reputation. And buggy’s entire role in Cross Guild is that his crew will do anything for him and can be worked for free.

How is buggy financing it when he didn't have the money to pay back crocodile? He just had the most followers which basically got unknowingly absorbed into crocodiles organization because buggy couldn't pay him back and needed his protection.

Realistically crocodile created the organization and invited mihawk in as an equal partner and Buggy is their subordinate but all the fodder see buggy as the leader because they're stupid enough to follow buggy in the first place.

Mihawk is there to chill, he can't be bothered to do shit unless admiral/yonko want to fight. Buggy is the face and leader slave. Sir Crocodile pulls the strings

as you said their structure is different from other crews it really has three people offering different things with

Buggy: Resources and man power
Croco: Intelligence
Mihawk: strength
