I can see Cross Guild taking down zodiac vice admirals and an admiral.
This organization definitely has the resources to do that(secret underworld connections and fleet of strong pirates)

They MAY get some ex member of Warlords like hancock. may break out Doflamingo and weevil. Some underworld characters may join the ranks. They may get an ancient weapon Pluton, it ties back to Croc.

Mihawk Vs Sengoku is highly possible given sengokus conversation.

So does pollution but Ryokugyu was able to turn a poisoned wasteland into a lush jungle.

Oda has insisted multiple times on the Seraphims being a gamble and how time will prove if removing the Warlords was the good decision
He isn't stacking CG with former Warlords for no reason
Seraphims will come their way at one point.
