Feels like their first big loss, they haven't been in such a bad shape before, plus poor Okarun lost his precious family jewel again (and we have no idea where the second one is).

Yeah good enough to introduce some tension which is nice.

It's kinda cool that we have two folks with ghost powers (Okarun and Aira), and two psychic powers users (Momo and Jiji), plus Momo can teach Jiji some stuff as she's been training those skills for a little while.

Yeah it's a nice little team. Wonder how/if Kinta will fit in.

Anyways, the chapter was great, and I like that it feels both as a full-action chapter but at the same time as a setup chapter. I'm hyped for the next one!
