Well OP characters have more endurance than Naruto characters..
Sanji tanked Enels Lighting bolt , Naruto characters usually die by such attacks (I like that imo)
Lee doesn't need chakra , so he can fight against Sanji for longer period tho

I can see Sanji winning against 7th Gates but not in a stomp. But yeah 8th gates murder
