I still think he could have one. Anime never meant shit.:myman:
Anime has nothing to do with the fact the guy has never even been shown to hold his sword on panel before. Oda would not give a guy a black blade only to give him multiple combat encounters and not have him even use the sword if he wanted Greenbull to have the third confirmed black blade. That plus nobody in Wano saying shit should have clued people into the idea being dumb from the start.

The fact that he hasn't used it yet and it's been obscured in every panel so far is even more reason to believe it's special. Nobody that has fought him thus far has forced him to draw his blade. Mere frogs in the well.

Unless you're implying he's trying to make a fashion statement?

I hope Oda ends up making Aramakis blades black if only so that Admiral fans can relax a little with a W. So far the portrayal of Greenbull shows no respect or preference for Swordsmanship, so I heavily doubt that he has a feat shared only by Mihawk and Ryuma.

And yes it does matter if its a black blade because its been stated multiple times that black blades are both a swordmanship feat AND a straight weapon upgrade.

A swordsman who makes a black blade basically garuntees a Zoro fight unless its an ally. And Greenbull will never.

Wasn’t it Mihawk who said any sword could become a black blade? Lol

But you are contradicting yourself. Aokiji isn’t primarily a fist fighter, but apparently him achieving prime Garp punching power doesn’t devalue prime Garp. But Ryokugyu achieving a black blade would devalue Mihawk? Pretty blatantly contradictory.
Ryokugu isnt a sword autist like Mihawk, Ryuma or Oden. It's like some shitter who takes up swords as a hobby making a blackblade.

Garps training was specifically for fist punching. Unless Ryokogu has a Mihawk/Ryuma level master (or the drive Zoro has), yes it would devalue it.

They arent contradictory, they're nuanced.

So not even shanks , Roger gets a black blade but Aramaki does.
Sure.
:leohah:

Also, lmao at Lee thinking Law is a swordsman due to that image but not Issho, when Law is almost more dependent on his fruit than Issho but is still called a swordsman, what did he expect?
Post automatically merged:

So according to you
Fujitora > shanks , mihawk , Roger ?

Zoro pushed him back in Dressrosa. Current Zoro destroys him. Give up lol
Lee's gonna cope about it being an anti feat/outlier/Issho being casual even though he mocked Kaidou for the same thing with the Scabbards and Big Mom as well

Next cope - If he wasn't blind , he would be the strongest.
He’s a swordsman but also wields a fruit…

Canonically you need to be vista level to be on the same length as Mihawk

throw in Fujitora using his gravity fruit and I don’t wanna imagine how bloodied Hawk would be left on the concrete

"Ryokugyu’s very much appears to be a legitimate black blade which is why multiple figurine companies interpreted it as such as Oda reinforced the blade’s black coloring in the official volume release...."

@Elder Lee Hung :endthis:
Figurine companies are using anime design not Oda's

Just like Kizaru's cape is regular white in the anime
and his tie is pink

meanwhile in Oda's coloring, the cape is orange inside out
and the tie is yellow
