ohara flashback is a fairly good example of that
You wanted to see panel for that. I am saying you are right there is no panel . However, event there is , they cannot able to catch luffy. Reason is time. All confrontation in the luffy vs wg or marines is random. And he just stayed one day in the one island. I got that idea because first time luffy stayed in one island for a long time and they sent all forces .

You are totally nonsense. There is Den den mushi , so what ? Ceaser should call ? Doflamingo should call ? Big mom should call ? Lets assume there is agent ans they reported luffy . How many days will take to send forces ?

He gave you Enies Lobby as an example. It's a stronghold of the WG.

We sqw that a Buster Call made it there quick from Marine HQ.
If the Gorosei were competent, they would've sent an Admiral there an been done with it.

15 years to execute a bait, ... it make things worse.

Bait and switch is when a writer encourages the reader to invest attention in a developing emotional or suspenseful situation ('bait'), only to substitute ('switch') a high-action payoff which has nothing to do with the previous development.

Copy pasting is not an issue if it serves the purpose.

Read that again ⏫

Gum Gum No Mi was a 'bait', and Nika Nika No Mi was the 'switch'.

Foreshadowings are meaningless in this case because if Oda was relying on foreshadowings he would not have given wrong name to his Devil Fruit.

He is continuing the bait by being vague about the DF's abilities. He simply said it is up to the user's imagination.
Is it a reality warping DF?
We dont know. Luffy needs another power up to win against Imu. So, you can expect one more moment like Nika reveal.
It took 20+ years, because of the manner in which manga is written. If a writer has a clear goal on when they want to introduce something, that's when they are going to do it.

We are not dealing with books and movies here, where things are setup in the beginning, and executed by the end, and can be read/watched in a small time frame.

If this was a 300 page book, there would be no issues at all with the execution of Gomu/Nika, even if 100 things happened in between.

One Piece is not a two hour movie, or a 300 page book. Oda introduced Nika precisely in the story where he wanted to, which was Wano. The thing is, is it took forever to get to Wano, because One Piece only releases one chapter a week.

For those who follow week to week, it feels different, to someone who if they started reading One Piece right now, and binged through it. There is no "Oh my god, it took 20+ years to get to this."

Wano is the arc Oda was most anticipating, and wanting to draw for years. It's not really hard to understand that it's because he had big things in mind for it.
You cant make this shit up.

I dont know where you get you information, but Oda has admitted that he changed roof top fights for chapter 1000 celebration.
He introduced Shanks to promote film RED.
He forced the Tama-Ace timeline, later he said it was a mistake and corrected it (IIRC).

More importantly, if Wano Arc was supposed to be the Magnum Opus of Oda, then he failed big time. It only shows that he failed as an artist.
10+ years of build up for an arc like Wano?
Enjoy that shit if you want, but dont act like it was the best thing that happened in fiction.

wano is Oda's biggest failure

again bro can you read mind??

as far as I remember oda was excited to draw sword fights in wano
Because there was just so many of those, wasnt there?

What's more logical? It's because he wanted to draw sword fights, which was damn near non existent? Or how he set up everything around Wano, about "brining the Dawn" and that's just so happened where he introduced the "Sun God" Nika?

Plus, I am tired of hearing One Piece is weekly manga, it is not for everyone, lol.
I am 27, and I have been reading mangas since 2012-13.
I am saying this after reading One Piece for more than 11 years.
How long have you been reading OP?
