Why is everyone misunderstanding Zoro's statement , he is clearly talking about Kuma, remember that there is a "PX" mark on the seraphim body

Why would he be talking about Kuma? When we see Zoro say “that one” then immediately go for mihawk and compare him to the og mihawk?

Zoro fought the PX's in sabady , he remembers that they don't have humanity , now he sees more PX's but notices that they do have some humanity , is as simple as that

Ehh, that doesn't make sense in this context.

I thought that too, during the initial translation of OP scans which worded it something along the lines of "you have some humanity in you"......which could have been interpreted as "since you show these emotions, you have some humanity afterall"

But Viz translation is "Now that I get a better look at you.....You're actually a little more human than him. "
In context, "him" is 99% referring to Mihawk here
