Ah ok just saw that I didn't read correctly lol.
Yeah about his DF cancel abilities I don't think if he touches a homies he will nullify it (make him soulless etc).
Same for Zombies.
It will be quite hax and terrifying if he can nullify DF out of homies or zombies : if he touches them the soul or the shadow of the thing go away and it comes back as it's normal state : simple fire, or dead corpse etc.

Speaking of invisibility Doflamingo should be able of using his Ito Ito no mi to locate and possibly trap the Suke Suke no mi or invisible RS user by creating thousands of invisible spider-like strings that he would use as a sensatory network by using the vibrations propaged through the web once his invisible foe touches the strings to locate him.
Unfortunate, but true. One of the main reasons Zoan DFs fall so far behind is because Oda doesn't emphasize unique animal attributes and just makes them behave like roided up musclemen with claws, teeth and a tail or wings. Kaku is one of my favorite Zoan users because of all the tricks he pulled out from his awkward long giraffe make up, his signature move using his long strong neck to project a powerful slice that cut the tower, he's definetely CP0 material doing all that with a brand new DF.
In general, animals:
- Have very sharp eyes that can see very far away, a larger field of vision around you, track rapid movement easier, some are even nocturnal for night-vision.
- Can pick up and track feint scents, distingushing between the many available. You may not recognize your best friend by smell but animals do that for all the people they meet.
- Sensitive hearing, to the point that they might as well be hearing the vibrations in the earth itself.
- Superior sense of balance. If knocked off their balance, they recover more easily. They know what jumps they can make, what cliffs they can climb to a far better degree. Doing consecutive backflips would be a cakewalk.
- Electromagnetic reception. Their senses are more attuned to the magnetic field to allow them to follow migratory patterns, find their way home, predict earthquakes and landslides, etc. This would be your "spider sense".
Now imagine if all these things were turned up by an order of magnitude like Zoan animal strength and toughness seem to be. It should logically be a bunch of Spidermans running around. Double or triple those capabilities for Ancient and Mythical Zoans.
