In the same chapter she used: Controlling time for her own body, controlling time on other people´s bodies, controlling time on inanimate objects and the BEST one: CONTROLLING DIFFERENT SETS OF FUTURE(DISTORTED FUTURE).

This is literally a diet version of yhwach´s almighty power with the difference that even though she can´t control future as an absolute scenario, she can controls especific individuals and probably objects aswell.

Anyway no, there's a reason BB didn't even want to steal the power. It only looks good because she's using it in non combat situations. In a fight she'd get wrecked by just about anyone who cares to wreck her.
