What agenda is hurt by saying Luffy didn't use aCoC?
If someone wants to claim that aCoC was used, they are free to provide evidence for it.
And since it is obvious that no aCoC was used, yes, I reject any headcanon that it was used, which is wishful thinking, as I said.
Call it what you will but it is what it is.

Luffy is capable of hitting without touching using both COA and ACOC. And well… he didn’t use it against Warcury on two occasions — he saw that he would get burned and, if I’m not mistaken, made the same mistake a second time.

So, as logical as it may be for him to use ACOC against Kizaru, it remains uncertain due to two facts:

1 - COA also emits black lightning (there are dozens of manga panels showing this, including Sai).
2 - He didn’t use ACOC against Warcury.

Nope, Luffy clearly wasn't even attempting to do an attack that would cause great damage, it was more of like a greeting at the start of a fight.

In principle I would say that it is not an attack with ADVcoc
The problem is that we see the star gun directly hitting Kizaru, and we do not have a previous image of Luffy's fist or the path that the arm takes to know if it has the characteristic streak of the ADVcoc.
