Of course not. You can’t copyright space travel, so a space arc can definitely still happen.

One of my least favorite tropes is the main character trying to befriend the people who don’t deserve their friendship.

It can work out sometimes if the character truly changes, but if it’s a character who receives little to no character development then it just doesn’t work.

I don’t think Shura deserves Shiki’s kindness, atleast not the Shura from Universe 2 anyway. His backstory doesn’t excuse his past actions.

I remember that in one interview Oda said that he had to wait to draw the Wano arc until Naruto ended,because the Wano setting would have been too similar to the Naruto one and Shueisha didnt want that (thats maybe one of the reasons why Dressrosa was so long? Who knows) so i think its possible that Eden Zero makes Oda change his plans,deleting or postponing the space arc,altough i dont know if its a Jump manga or not.

Space stories have been around since before Eden’s Zero, so I don’t think it matters if Oda has a space arc.

I believe that Luffy’s true dream is to go to space/the moon, which was also Roger’s dream. It’s just a hunch I have.

I checked out if Eden Zero was a Jump manga,and it is not,so there is not reason for Shonen Jump bosses to ask Oda to cancel/postpone the space arc like they did with Wano.

Ok the quality is not what it used to be, even if after Wano we are eating good, but to have Oda copy Fairy tale, damn.
