Why is he not using haki when Judge forces him to use haki but a weak kick from Vergo can break him apart? Why Is Luffy mentioning Sanji as a haki user in the same arc, only for Sanji to receive the biggest creaming in his life?

I literally didn't deny that he might have used haki. I literally said that he might've used the invisible armament haki. As far as the encounter goes, Sanji busts in and kicks Vergo with Diable Jambe then Vergo gets back up and they clash for a while before Sanji uses Diable Jambe a second time to kick Vergo. There isn't much to suggest he's using it but due to the comment that Vergo's body is like iron it's fair to assume he's using it. Sanji then turns off Diable Jambe because he thinks the fight is over but hey, maybe he kept using armament haki even though he thinks it's over then Vergo unexpectedly gets up a second time and kicks him in the shin and fractures it. But if we're arguing about the invisible haki, what's preventing Vergo from using that same weaker version, he hardened his fingers to face fodder, what's there to say he didn't use the weaker version on Sanji. It doesn't matter much, Vergo still came out of the clash impressive and he goes on to do even more.

Why would he think it is over when he just complained kicking Vergo hurts so much and he is made of metal? Shigan is a specific hardening technique, he is not doing any of that to Sanji. (btw same fodders you say stopped Zoro, Kinnemon adn Brook from breaching their defences so they're able to hold their own)

Yes were expecting him to use it. Same way weve been expecting him to use hardening. Did he use it ? Noo...he did not. Similarly he didnt use CoA till Judge.

If Sanji did use haki against King then that would be more believeable since theres actual proof with the black haki lines. Again no such proof with Vergo.

Why would I have mental blocks ? Why cant you answer my question ? Vergo was revealed to be a FBH user the same arc he fought Sanji. My headcannon tells me he was constantly in FBH to protect himself from Sanji's DJ and kicks. Same way your headcannon is telling you Sanji was using CoA.

No, Luffy didn't get head fractured. It is more possible that Judge's son's leg was fractured when he hit Luffy's head.

My bad, he was still ready to fight. He had just already turned off Diable Jambe and instead of partying the kick, decided to block it and got his shin fractured.

My bad again, he only used hardening to block Tashigi's blade. I don't see why he would view Sanji as too weak to use regular armament on if he already used hardening on Tashigi.

I read it. It was an interesting read. The Sanji remarks were weird because you seem to hype him up a lot and use his later feats to hype up Vego by bashing Sanji but it's still a cool and in-depth look at Vergo. Personally, I don't think Sanji had the means to beat Vergo in their encounter since Vergo hadn't used his bamboo stick or his fullbody hardening, I just don't think what happened to Sanji was the worst humiliation ever when he kicked Vergo into that steel wall twice and Vergo never actually landed a kick on Sanji. Man, Sanji was quite the jobber at this point!

one hit form the Biscuit Soldier (being held down by the shield may have actually broken some of Luffy's bones as it features Meki which Kata never had against Luffy lol) and eating cookies for 11 hours > Block Mochi beating for hours and multiple offscreen beatings as well for 10 or 9 something duration fight :cheers::cheers::cheers:
