Again, metal body, as Sanji says he's even made of metal. Sanji complained how much it hurts just kicking it, so why would he would not haki up here is stupid. When Vergo gets up Sanji has that look on his face that he is up against some freak from outer space.

for crying out loud, Sanji used haki against King (both used haki as there is the distinctive metal clashing sound when haki users clash as I have shown) while he ingore-diffed the latter, while he looks at Vergo as some dude he can't believe just took that kick like that and burshed it off

Vergo as I have written a big post about is literally written by Oda as the Terminator

He didn't need it, he was dominating the fight with his skills quite easily. Oda basically saved Vergo there by making Judge's son not using haki.
Vergo was needed somewhere else. That's why the fight ended in a small victory for Sanji instead of a stomp.

"That was bad! If that fight had continued....." - Sanji in regards to him being no diff'd by Vergo

Small victory = his leg (the strongest part of his body) being shattered with a single kick

Nice

Yeah Vergo didn't land a single hit, all Judge's son had to do was to dodge and keep hitting him, something he was doing without any problem.
