If you read my Terminator thread I think Oda based that scene off of the police shootout scene where she was basically like Sarah Conner helpless, motionless, speechless, crying while Vergo was offing the whole G-5 squad same way the terminator did in the exact same cold, emotionless manner
I'm not gonna say it is plot though, she is liekly very tough herself. When Vergo hits her it has the characteristic metallic sfx, which might mean she herself is endowed with endoskeleton. She was the first to mention Vegapunk and seemed to be on familair basis with him...
But just for perspective
Monet restrains Luffy
Monet is in her strongest form and cant bite through Tashigi, gets restrained by Tashigi, while Monet could hold down Luffy easily with her bird toes
Tashigi actually restrains her head her here. She is able to use it as a hatchet, but Tashigi just immobilises her here, while Luffy was stuck from base Monet
While Zoro fights her pussy toothpick weapons when he has got graded swords. Look he blocks with Shushui against a needle...
or block with Shushiu again against some shit ass blade. Guess who has more leverage here?...
You do also realise that when Brownbeard runs with the strawhats they're short of time, Zoro, brook and Kinnemon struggles with the G-5 and Zoro needs to breach through the G-5 and so goes for a serious power move that Oda establishes Tashigi blocks effortlessly
Tashigi blocking Zoro midair with no footing for physcial support means she is physcially stronger than Zoro
Not even X-Drake in his hybrid can just casually block an attack like this where Zoro is not even pushing back but his physical strike is completely halted by Tashigi's block. Not even a block but just raising her sword stops Zoro.
And Sanji gets his leg broken while Tashigi doesnt get anything broken, it makes her look much more impressive than them? Sanji is a leg fighter but is Tashigi is a headbutter or something? No.
Tashigi is a Tobi Roppi level character.
Let's not pretend Tashigi is not Kuina and Kuina died from some stairs. plz
