That's why we got Inurashi vs Jack + Sanji vs Queen + Marco vs Law
Just like Kyros vs Diamante + Zoro vs Pica + Law vs Trebol

Normally Zoro would be the one to represent Straw Hats in these Fights, but Oda switched to Sanji since Zoro is reserved for Kaido alongside Luffy just like Kid & Law were reserved for Big Mom

Power Levels are Irrelevant here, it's only about Sides of the Alliance & their Contribution to stopping Villain & his Army
You think Oda would write the Raid without Wano Side not Defeating any Officer or Commander? That would be very bad Writing

Also the reason he chose Sanji over Jinbe is because of Sanji is New Gen Pirate who needs to Shine & prove himself
Putting Jinbe as the one who Fights Queen & saves Ground Floor would be very lackluster cuz everyone already knows who Jinbe is & they would expect from him tos ave them against a Commander & he doesn't need any more Fame. The Spotlight should be given to Sanji

Jack have no history as a fishman he was Crydo's bitch since he was 8 and he like it.

No, Fishman Island is one of the main reason on why Red Line will be destroyed in the end of the story.
and having Jinbe vs Jack will put more emphasize about the two strongest fishman fighting against each other which is might open up the flashback about Young Jack as a Fishman and why he choose to hide his teeth which is again related to Fishman Discrimination.

Inu and neko have an story with jack but Oda could give him Queen(if luffy and zoro stayed up there and Sanji have fought King)or bring smoothie there
But Jinbe's level is YC1-2 not to progress that will ruin M3 growth

Jinbe's character felt rather boring until WCI kicked in with its events unfolding and expecially after the events unfold on Wano.

Jimbei's still really good and watching him whoop Who's Who was enjoyable. I would've liked Jimbei vs Jack (and it's not impossible, only really unlikely now) but Jimbei still has good moments and Oda made the best of the Who's Who fight.

Idk about the ppl here but WsW vs Jinbei was a very satisfying fight. It was on Land. Jinbei was nerfed and alone. WsW has my favorite Ancient Zoan design next to X Drakes. WsW is an ExCP9 Rob Lucci Rival. And on top of this, Jinbei has gotten wank/clout/hype from Cipher Pol 0 the Worlds Strongest Intelligence. This is bananas at how much Oda has given Jinbei. Like I said wtvr Oda gives and will give Jinbei, I don’t have a shadow of a doubt that it will be mediocre.

And if all this consideration was not enough, WsW was given a compelling backstory, ties to Red Haired Shanks, the origins of One Piece and Luffys fucking fruit. And on top of this, the Sun God Nika stuff which has bizarre lore implications to the Void Century, Ancient Kingdom, and ties to Joyboy.

Jinbei has been given supreme treatment, moreso than most characters of this arc which is saying A LOT. Only coming under Zoro and Luffy the big boys themselves.
