Blackbeard has the highest endurance out of any character in the entire series. He's the only character who can fully utilize the Yami Yami no Mi because of this. He receives double damage because of the fruit, yet has still never been put to sleep. Dude legit took an island splitting quake blast to the face from Whitebeard and still remained conscious, The man is a monster, even without his devil fruits. Hell, the Yami Yami no Mi nerfs his endurance, and he still has plenty to spare. The man oozes final villain big dick energy.

I still think it's multiple personalities. If one goes to sleep, another one wakes up. I don't know what else it can be, and Cavendish is kind of a hint to this.

If blades aren't blackened, their wielder is using weaker haki (by their standards) or is simply incapable of blackening it, so here are your choices:
- S-Hawk wasn't using haki.
- S-Hawk was using basic haki, which would actually mean he was holding back.
- The man who created a permanent black blade can't even create a temporary black blade. I encourage you to take this path, as it's the funniest one.

Oda can't just go running around specifying invisible haki is being every single time, like he did with Boo and Bobby Funk. The manga would be riddled with "but I am using Haki" moments, Lol.....

Cracker vs Luffy is a perfect example. In the beginning of the fight, Cracker cut through Luffy's armament Haki with a no named sword slash. At the end of the fight, he couldn't pierce Luffy's stomach which was coated in armament. Therefore we can infer that when he cut Luffy's arm, he was using invisible Haki, and when he didn't pierce Luffy's stomach, we wasn't using it.
