Current Events Did/will Oda waste chance of Creating great war(Wano)

Okay here is thing (ps: Oda will make Onigashima war but wont make real feeling of war)

• One piece is Adventure manga
• Oda do plenty off screen fights or most of it
• Oda isn’t specialised into war story
• There isn't any hard Weight for Alliance (threat of Defeat, death of some members..)
• Build up wasnt very good(only fans literally hyped it and Oda in textbooks) but in manga chapters... You can't get real feeling of war (like Marinford build up),
• One piece had many breaks which eventually dropped some feeling for even hard core fans
• Oda literally dragged some chapters by with some unnecessary moments etc..
• Oda literally ruin some characters images already on expense getting them out of picture for time or on expense on others
• Oda isnt interested in power levels (okay he is author but he Dont care about power level) and he can mess power levels and give justification but still can mess just sake of plot moments,

But at end im afraid Oda will ruin this war by OFF SCREEN MOMENTS AND PLOT ARMORING/PLOT HOLE some moments

Character A clash character B but after it character B just walk away
Or Character A fight Character B but 80% be off paneled
But most important thing THIS WAS SHOULD LAST SOME TIME (HOURS/DAY(S)) and most of it probably gonna be focused on some other things, and Overall you don't have feeling of war or at least big one But. I may be wrong but i Dont think so for now

If no PIS will be involved this might be more appealing than MF

For sure the Kaido defeat will supersede any event occurred there, even Akainu vs Whitebeard

I'll admit i was pretty hyped when hearing this will make Marineford look like child play, but I definitely dont feel it with Wano. He still got time to make it something, but its taking way too long.

I'm more concerned as to whether the war has some degree of tactics involved. Marineford, for as compressed and messy as it was, employed some good strategy through the respective leaders of the factions. Sengoku formed a strong formation of troops defending the front lines with back up heavily protecting the objective of the war, Ace.

Not the important ones. He can't draw all of them on panel, they will be happening at the same time and it's better if he doesn't switch places constantly.
We'll see the best fights on panel.

Sure some people's background favourite character won't have their shine but that's normal, it's straw hats story ( and Luffy is still the mc) not kidd, Marco, drake or Hawkins journey to become pirate king.

I think Wano has been built with the Anime experience in mind to flesh out the off screen moments so the anime can keep pace while only adapting 80% of 1 chapter per episode while not reeking too too much of filler.

A lot of this is prelude so far and not really important matchups, we all know Kaido will no diff the scabbards when he gets serious and isn't off guard.
