Speculations Did Xebec really did all of this just for that ? But most importantly how did he knew ?

The man went from being apparently nameless to kill an admiral in the holy land, reach all the way to Imu and wreak massive havoc in his escape.....

All of this....just to send a message lol ? " I'LL BE BACK "

You would think the man would go sitting on the empty throne after doing all that, but he clearly knew about Imu, knew where to find him and what message to deliver!

How? Do you think it has to do with the D ? Like maybe some D. families passed down the knowledge of Imu's existence and the Rocks D. family was one of those ?

Did he secretly kidnapped some CDs and they spilled the beans ?

Now i know we're missing a lot of details but it's pretty weird how he knew exactly what to look for and that was Imu himself.....also despite killing an admiral he knew he could do no more meaning he was fully aware of the WG's real strength i wonder how he got so knowlegeable.....

Iirc Blackbeard's hobbies in the.vivre card(?) include studying archeology and when he was a child he is seen.crying below the moon. It's very possible that Xebec's family had been studying history for many generations, either directly passing on knowledge or discovering info about the ancient kingdom through research.

possible, law's family knew to keep it a secret. A family knowing about the void century wouldn't be outlandish

I don't think your average CD knows about Imu

Well its just weird that he knew how to get to meet him, he did all of this specifically to send Imu a message, who goes from being a nobody to that?
No he went there to overthrow Imu cuz he wanted to be king of the world

But he saw Imu and his attendant and overestimated his chances, realized he would get destroyed hence saying he knows his limits

The message was only done as acknowledgement that he hit a wall not that he went there to give him a message specifically

Personally, I'm kind of wondering if it's a "remembering your past life" thing.

Blackbeard seems to know a lot about Rocks' plan when they probably have never met. And Rocks doesn't quite seem like the kind of guy to keep a "diary" full of his plans that Blackbeard could read after the fact.

So, I'm kind of wondering if this has something to do with "reincarnation"? Or maybe yet another new race with a unique power to remember the things their family members knew? Each generation slowly learning more than the last, and changing the plan accordingly.

We know Blackbeard is likely a "them", meaning he has multiple souls inside of him, somehow. (Chapter 225) We're not sure how that works. But, it could be something like having a bunch of your past lives living inside of you. Blackbeard hasn't shown any traits of Whitebeard after getting the Quake Fruit. So, Blackbeard probably isn't getting souls from stealing their Devil Fruits. So, something else is going on.

So, I think Rocks might have known about Imu because someone else in his lineage knew about Imu. But, maybe they had never actually met Imu before. So, Rocks needed to meet Imu just to gain a bit more knowledge than his "past lives" had before, that he could then pass on to Blackbeard.

Maybe one of the reasons why Imu didn’t seem disturbed by Rock’s presence in the Flower Garden was because they could “bond” over both being immortal, although in different ways. Imu doesn’t have a lot of people around with that shared experience, I could see Imu enjoying talking to someone who knows what it’s like to live for centuries. Or maybe someone in the Blackbeard family history was actually friends with Imu, once upon a time? I feel like that’s less likely, but not impossible.

Rocks' mission was more about intelligence gathering for the next life. This is just "the prologue to his life", after all. He knows he has effectively infinite lives. He can afford to take his time and set things up right. That's my read on this, anyway.

Innate sense maybe (reincarnation)

Innatism is a philosophical theory positing that humans are born with preexisting knowledge or ideas.

This could mean stuff like both Roger and Xebec were born with mystical knowledge (knowledge gained by experiencing heaven).

It's said in the chapter (#1155) that Xebec kidnapped 5 kings at the Levely before facing the admiral. He probably tried to use them to blackmail the WG into accepting himself as a king (or to get some good money, as his next action after the Levely was stealing a ship with some heavenly tribute to finance his pirate activities), but obviously failed. It's also unsure if he knew about Imu beforehand or not, but, considering BB's knack with fate, he could've just stumbled upon Imu "accidentally" after trying to find the Gorosei.

Rocks killed the admiral before meeting with Imu, he's heading towards the castle as he runs into Harald

Yeah, I did remember the sequence, but the panels are non-linear indeed. In any case, Imu's words (and the talk before that) clearly indicate that Xebec kidnapped the kings before seeing him, so my speculation still stands.
