Could we say that Zoro went all out against King? Shouldn't Asura still be his strongest move (especially the improved current version of it), thus indicating he still had something in store that he didn't have to use? Will he use it against Kaido?

The attack looked like a renamed Ultora Gari which is just an opener.
The complexity of it and the cutting power look pale compared to ISDS and Asura moves.
It's same as Zoro using Shishi Sonson after learning haki to beat Mr1, far from going all out.

However, the power of the attack should be up there since King was taking close to no damage from other named attacks despite aCoC.
ACoC coated ISDS, Ichibugin, Makyusen, Dead Man's Game should be above the move that took King out.

Nah, Zoro admitted that Enma is overtaxing his haki, so I think while he needs to replenish his haki, he was not really concerned about his stamina or strength.
