The admirals didn't show CoC this is true, but how many characters should have more probably shown their potentials and they didn't? I can just wrap my mind about Rayleigh matching Kizaru, Sengoku himself not seemingly showing off ACoC, and he should probably possess it based off common sense. Oda probably purposefully spared something for a more propitious moment.

Sengoku already confirmed. Akainu need to have so he could keep up with WB. Garp for sure has it. Aokiji too so he could keep up with Akainu.
The others don't necessarily need it. But I bet Coby will also have it, he faced Akainu at Marineford. He deserve it. Smoker doesn't, poor guy.

Not sure why people treat Akainu as an exception

Akainu was matched by Aokiji blows to blows for 10days, receiving permanent scars while potentially having devil fruit advantage(Mera could cancel Aokiji's ice with a relation of inferiority to Akainu's magma)

If on top of that, he also has advanced color of conqueror, it'd make you wonder what Aokiji had to match him for 10days unless he had advanced color of conqueror too

Almost all, if not all, will have CoC (looking at you GB) and some will have ACoC (Akainu (my headcanon is that he got ACoC after 10 days of fighting Aokiji), Sengoku, and maybe one or two of Aokiji/Kizaru/Fujitora)
