apart from this we know

- So did " Donquixote " Family.

which already makes it 18 Families. " Two families are still missing. "

- I suspect they would be iinvolved with Government too. Like the 4th ponelglyph guy with Burning mark.

which would make it 19 Families total.
What about the Final Family?
I suspect it to be Rocks/Marshell Family. As he wanted to become the king of the World , he knew an empty Seat exists and mobody claiming it or was aware of Imu.


I know they are D. But think about it , I think all the 20 families are D. Families.
And they know the potential of it , so it's simply a band of D. Which tried to do dictatorship and other half of D simply wanted freedom. Or maybe just a speculation.
But we can't rule out the possiblity of 20th Family not being a Part of D. Clan. Nothing states Nefatari was the only D. Among them.

Just a comment, the Donquixote Family didn't leave Mary Geoise, it was just Homing and his nuclear family. We know that there's at least another branch of the Donquixotes (Mjosgard's branch) and, although Mjosgard might've died recently, we don't really know if he had siblings or if other branches exist.
