It’s from a YuYu data book with a special HxH part that was released officially. I don’t know if the author did it himself or no. But people seems to think it’s legit here and there (other websites Reddit/quota etc)

I think it's wrong but people can rank kurapika on the same tier as tzerguerra if they want, im just not doing it

Those stats didn’t take into account anything past chimera ant arc. So Leolio or Kurapika dont have their new feats in those stats

Even then I find sttange for Youpi let's say to have a talent of 3 while he was actually growing up mid fight. But I guess it depends on how exactly the author perceives that stat, he might have his reason for doing that.

It’s just stats it doesn’t mean x will beat y in a fight. Kortopi nen and skills are really useful.

Wing is 22 same as Knuckles and Shoot. And even if he had one point more it’s not a whole tier above someone.

Wing is Biscuit student, he taught the MCs their nen, and has a strong student in the baking. Wing is far from being a weak link.

Anime is known as the least canon because most authors have little direct involvement and at best lazily okay changes.

Raw stats means nothing in a manga like HxH

In Jojo for example a stand with lower stats can beat a one with higher stats, and Hatsu it's not that different from stand as a concept.

Factors like interaction, strategy, experience and intelligence can't be represented by raw stats.

However I don't get why Gon has 2 points more than Killua in talent, they're both 1 in 10 millions type of genius as stated in the series
