What's your go to way of enjoying games?

  • Only play games that don't have an ending, like Online MMOs, Competitive Shooters and Battle Royales

How do you guys mostly enjoy games?

Picking up a game and focusing on finishing that one before moving to another?

Playing a few games at the same time, but playing all of them to the end?

Swapping between games whenever you feel like it, rarely finishing games?

Only play games that don't end, like Online MMOs / Competitive Shooters / Battle Royales?

I have what the armchair psychologists call 'new toy syndrome', if I pick up another game whilst I'm already playing one I end up losing interest in it and by the time I come back to it it's been too long and I'll have to start from the beginning.

When I was younger I used to play games all day and night till I beat em

These days I get bored with games if I play for to long and only play a couple times a week

Playing games that still get updated or have bo ending in sight.

Dailies (zzz) > Dailies (genshin) > events/storyquests > and then if I have time I play a round of my main MOBA game and/or grinding out on a MMO for a bit.

But straight forwardly my main game is ZZZ right bow. I spend hours a day into it and maybe only 45-60 min on the rest.

If game is my cup of tea I always finish it first then move onto next one. Sometimes I just buy mostly indie games which I simply dont like so I never return to them at all because neither gameplay or story can keep me playing and I am a guy that can play game just if story alone is good enough ( same with gameplay of course ).

When I really like the game I beat it again couple times usually on hardest difficulty to prove myself worthy. Decided to avoid online games completely in future because of poor quality of players and shit matchmaking , but in reality 99 % of games I play is single player games and luckily I hate FPS.

Similar to Yoho's reply when i was younger i'd want to finish the story/post-story as quick as possible. The older i got i just ended up taking my damn time or free from everything else like work/personal stuff going on. Then that just ended up being starting a game then going back to a game i am comfortable with but to tend to return back to the game to go to the next part of the story.
