Honestly if i had a nice body like his, and the tattoo would be stylized to fit a bit more in reality, or for examppe the stripes and wings got slightly more detail, I'd love this on my body. It doesn't scream manga/anime or cartoonish at all then

Same, i can't imagine carrying around a character's face or something like that on my skin.

But if a tattoo can be a nod to something i enjoy while also being a cool design in it's own right, not needing for me to explain it, then i'm all for it.
