Do you like being forced to take vaccine?

this is the absolutely dumbest notion in this thread.
living your life and not wanting to be bothered by others should now have consequences? crazy.

if the government suddenly decides that you have to run 10km a day for "health reasons" and that you could skip this by paying a 100 euro fine every week. would you believe that this is moral or amoral?

the only reason you support this right now is because you think (its pure ideology) that its "good" that its "the right thing to do".
same as 1933. if you believe you are the good guys anything goes, apparently. the "evil" people are subhumans anyways...

fuck... and that is coming from a jew. I do not even...
I get where this is coming from.. But the analogy is a bit too sensitive..

This is certainly a matter freedom of choice and for them to negate it and then extort money and lable such grueling condition is... anything but the shit we call democracy

@SanjiIsStrongerThanZolo
As someone who can't pay for the vaccines you have a solid reason to request it from the government...i mean they cannot be that callous to ignore unemployed folks who can't pay for em...tyt and think rationally out of it, hope your job back big man.. The employer is retarded to fire you for such a reason, expecting covid to extinguish with vaccines is pure BS.. he hadn't any legitimate reason to kick you out... But he should have at least given you the money for your labour.

The employer is worrying about the safety of others. The employer probably sent out multiple warnings saying they will fire people if they dont get vaccinated, he made the decision and now faces the consequences

@SanjiIsStrongerThanZolo is this true?

from what ik employers usually help with the labour's medications as well...especially the labour he does.. Its not office work we're talking about. It might be different for other countries but an employer so eager to loose employees does sound rad..from His reaction the vax are really expensive where ever he lives

You really think any employer is going to out of nowhere let go or fire anyone who did not get the vaccine without the warning.

I gurantee any employer told their employees beforehand there would be a vaccine mandate and if they did not do it they would get fire. This is private enterprise and they have the right to do this.

Im also taking a very very educated guess His reaction to the vax is, Im a tax payer and my country is paying (XVaccine) company billions to produce this vaccine.

The shot itself does not cost him a dime

You know that in some countries they're not allowed to fire people but they're allowed to not pay their employees, sounds like they've been fired without being fired lol
This kind of shit shouldn't be allowed, whether you're for the vaccine or not, these people may have children that shouldn't suffer from the decision of their parents

Employers should have the right to mandate this with a Xday notice because it is reasonable to think about the safety of all of their workers.

But again if they do this without Notice or the ability to give their employee PTO to get the shot employees should in theory be able to sue their employers

Pretty Boy
Every employer has a right to mandate their worplace work culture and behaviour. House rules

If the owner deems that their workforce is in danger of contracting covid and decimating the work place they have the mandate to issue mandatory vaccination

Genetal notice is given and in most cases employer himself negiotates vacination for his work place

I think this is going too far but if the majority thinks like this I guess all we can do is accept it at this point or else be ostracised.
That's where we are right now, take the vaccine or die basically, not with covid but by starving because you can't work, can't go to shop, groceries, can't get out of your house without a pass
This is sad actually

I think it is sadder some people cant get vaccinated so that this shit can end and the economy/social life and mental health can rise again

People are obssesed with 2 or 3 sife effects on 100000 cases and cry vaccine isnt 100% effective yet they dont offer the sollution themselves

Do your civic duty or shut up. We shouldnt suffer bcs some people have an ego issue and wont trust anyone but some randoms on facebook or reddit

So yes, i think employer has every right to protect his buisness

There is no difference for employees between someone who got the vax and someone who didn't, both of them can get covid and spread it.
The only difference is how it will affect them.
You're basically saying it's OK for an employer to choose someone less qualified if he has the vaccine if he is up against someone who doesn't have it. So a guy less qualified can also get the job instead of a girl more qualified because???

This has been discussed at length in this thread. The thing is, some experience severe side effects and the thread opener knows about such cases in his family.
Another issue is the fact that vaccines usually need years of development to ensure safety. This is the reason that kept me away from getting it yet.
Oh got it. I have sympathy with .001 percent that truly deal with the true extreme side effects of this, and 10s of people who have gotten blood clots

The second issue is just Anti Vaxer BS that gets pedaled, it's really the I read information and do not trust the actual science or actual studies done by well known programs in the world saying it is safe to take the vaccine

Vaccinated people have way less to chance to transmit it

It is for a reason that in my country 98% of those sick with covid arent vaccinated

You sound so radical man. That's not the right way
Ive seen enough stress and fuckery on my work to not have patience for people that think they know better than the entire medical world

The thing is I have no problem with people who took the vaccin and no problem against those who didn't.
I've heard doctors and virologist who were for it, against it, who didn't care, who said the governments were going too far or were being too careless.
I'm not reading random people on Facebook or twitter, I don't even have any of that tbh

I'm just saying you can't condemn someone to death by starving him because he won't take the covid vaccine

Gov't Mandates and Employee Mandates are 2 different things. A normal gov't that isnt run by a tyrant is not going to Jail you for not getting vaccinated. but for Employers that is a different story. Employers are a private entity and should have the right to mandate something if it is in the best interest and well being for all of their employees.

When 99% of current hospitalizations and deaths are people who have not gotten their vaccination it's very reasonable for employers to do this.

If you do not have access to getting a shot because your country has insufficient supply, then that is very reasonable to explain why you have not recieved a shot.

Why should i care about someone who doesn't care about others but themselves?

If majority of us got the vaccine to protect ourselves, our family , our friends, coworkers and fellow citizens and you guys don't wanna because you don't care --- why should i care what happens to you if you don't care about me or anyone else for that matter?

You expect the society to give you everything while you don't wanna give the minimum to protect others.

So yeah, you reap what you plant. You don't wanna get vaccinated and help everyone? Okay, then kindly piss off
