To me, reading spoilers seem to be disappointing because you're spoiling the chapter for yourself ahead of time but there must be some appeal that I'm missing at because it seems that a lot of people on this site all read spoilers.

So tell me, do you do spoilers? Yes/No and why

Nah I don't read spoilers, they would just ruin tons of shit that would catch me off guard and hype me, such as last chapter, how could you possibly be satisfied with knowing everything that happens already ??

Yes, I read spoilers in order to see whether something is worth reading/watching in the first place. Heck, I read whole film synopses on Wikipedia to see if a film is worth wasting two hours on.

Reading events like “Big Meme loses her memory due to getting neg diffed by Kaido’s subordinate and nearly drowning to death despite the fact she can literally fly.” is disappointing regardless of whether I am forewarned of it in spoilers or if I read the actual chapter.

If events are not interesting in the spoilers then they will be uninteresting in the actual chapter.

Spoiler threads are also a great place to find memes.

Nah... I don't read spoilers I just read chapters weekly because was never interested in spoilers much and then again I never had the interest in the main discussion so this reason was too, if there is something I really wanna discuss about chapter then I prefer to do that in the chapter thread

i was serious at both of my posts except '' purpose of life '' . i seriously skip chapters due to what spoilers bring . and wci hiatus was seriously dangerous for me due to my ex profession

Yes I regularly check them. The 'waste your surprise' effect is superposed by 'the degree of my patience ain't good enough' and so I can't let them go :)

All right, good...I was getting worried that I’m the only one on this forum who doesn’t mind knowing what happens ahead of time. I’ve been spoiling myself as long as I’ve been week to week (Enies Lobby), and it hasn’t once lessened my enjoyment of the actual chapter when it comes out.
