I think that during WCI I would have still said yes. In Wano it was a maybe and now I want to say a no but I still can't say it. For sure I feel (felt) betrayed (for how much expectations you can put on a manga) at first, I think the fake cliffhanger of chapter 900 was the first serious blow in the faith I had about OP (the ship already had its cracks but that was the first huge one), then during Wano I already didn't care anymore cause also of all the other annoying tropes by Oda: neverending arc, Jinbe joining/ not joining, Yamato tardness, all the plot armors and fake deaths, Luffy losing a plethora of times then turns into toon Jesus instead of dying another time.. And that was the last straw since it destroyed all the "underdog" agenda Oda brought on during the whole manga. Actually Luffy had all the time the Jesus fruit who worked for him.
Now it is not that I just don't expect anything anymore but I expect Oda to ruin all the other mysteries/points left to tell but at the same time I don't, I can't, care anymore. But after all even if this manga is not what it used to be it is still above the average (it is not a OP merit but a demerit of the majority of the other mangas out there) so I can't say I like it (anymore), dislike is still out of the window (it would leave a bad taste but I should also care to feel that, OP exhausted his chances with me with Wano's ending pretty much) so an "acceptable" (compared to the other mangas, considering all the manga so also the innumerable crappy isekais and other stuff) is probably the best definition I can give to it. I don't think it will ever fall below the average (at least I hope it doesn't lol).
