totsuka blade cant catch many top tiers because of how fast they are, yata mirror, while it is very useful weapon but you can attack it from other side of the susanoo or just pull him out of it, we've seen madara sasuke been pulled out of the susanoo, even kakashi was forced to come out of it.
Even if they have practically no weaknesses, I think that they eat up a lot of chakra, which would make them unusable throughout the entire fight for the likes of Kakashi and Itachi.
