Nope he wasn't. Kuma is a robot. He can lose half his face yet be rebuild. If he was aiming to kill him he would do the same he did with Ace. Not bad accuracy there right?

Whitebeard too. He did the same with Whitebeard's Face and also in his stomach/chest(don't recall exactly where).

Not only that but he also sinked Whitebeard's ship. How the fuck he has bad accuracy from short distance and terrific accuracy from long distance?

PIS moment of Oda wanting Kuma alive, but Akainu there

or Akainu not wanting to straight up end Kuma's shit

So Akainu saying he can’t let dangerous men like Kuma run wild destroying half of his face isn’t enough indicator that he was out to kill him? And throwing many magma attacks all that to capture him! Has Akainu never thought his DF has the ability to melt everything? He is either bad at aiming or dumb as fuck at capturing and his definition of is twisted.

Nope. He can't let Kuma doing what he was doing. He can either kill or capture him. He has 2 options. He was going to capture him first. But if he couldn't he would have killed him.

Like I said. Kuma is a Robot. If he gets parts destroyeds you just have to rebuild. Akainu wants to capture Kuma. It was nothing said that he couldn't harm him in the proccess.
