Powers & Abilities Does Kaido Have The Most Disappointing Devil Fruit In One Piece?

Agree to this thread basically. My view about this:
1. The dragon form is just big but not exceptionally strong at all physically. Killer penetrated it, Zoro cut the scales, Kidd and Law made him scream. While in myths, we all know a dragon is like at the very top of the food chain in fantasy creatures. Kaidou's dragon form should be able to trash all three admirals or WB-Roger in pure physical combat imo, wrapping and crushing everyone like butter by his serpentine bodies, unstoppable tail slams or dragon body slam that everyone must avoid unless they want to be meat porridge, etc, so that they must release their devil fruit haxxes and projectiles to go around Kaidou's fruit physicals. Thats what i feel.
2. His abilities are not unique at all. We have seen fire everytime, lightning everytime...and now elemental control again for the 100th time? What the heck, Crocodile's and Viola's abilities are 100 times more unique than Kaidou's elemental control. WSC should have original powers, not generic. Why doesn't Oda give Kaidou Ton Ton no Mi powers in the form of dragon fruit? Kaidou can go increase his attack mass to 100 Gigatons and for me...even such a simple concept will be more original compared to seeing lightning and fire attacks for the umpteenth time lol

And, instead of generic fire breath, this DF should also have allowed him to manipulate Dark Matter, so his kanabo and his beams are made of Dark Matter. All of this would have made him fucking deadly and capable of destroying even the world.

Yep, can't really expect much from them really.
Luffy has ridiculous rubber powers with his Awakening. But Kaido is still whooping him with just Haki lol. Just seems like Zoans can mostly be handled by strong Haki. No matter the rank of the fruit lol

Exactly, DM would have been an OP power fitting for someone called WSC.
Zoro having to perfect his haki to cut a Dark Matter beam without instantly dying would have been far more impressive and challenging than the fire beam we got.
And having a black blade to be the only thing that can physically clash with a Kanabo made from Dark Matter would have been sick.

Kaido shouldn't have a devil fruit tbh. Dragon form is the most nonthreatening form of anantagonist I have ever seen. His hybrid form he just fights with his club. Every MEANINGFUL thing he does can be replicated in base. Plus base form is his best looking form. To justify his strength just say he is of a rare legendary race of Oni
