Powers & Abilities Does Kizaru Beams Ignore Skin?

There are tons of lasers who wield an inferior joules output and would likely not necessarily bypass someone's durability if they are coating themselves expecially I guess. Less power = less danger. Of course this is merely common sense, not necessarily the truth here.

It is just pretty obvious that any df power cannot bypass the defense of a very powerful haki. Otherwise hax power like mingo parasite would already conquer the world. Yet he shits upon hearing Kaido's name.

Kizaru's lasers explode when it comes into contact with a solid surface. Against Marco, the lasers went right through him but exploded when it hit his barrier haki. Same happened with Urouge. Laser went though his shoulder and exploded in the background.

His ability is just like Law. Law can cut through everything but haki restrict him from doing it. Kizaru can't bypass haki.

so yea it does penetrate skin..
