We just just need the official translation for final confirmation but TCB translation makes it likely. And the opposite in fact. Kizaru might get KO'ed/unable to continue fighting. Saturn 100% has to die or at least "fate unknown", otherwise there was no point in Devon touching him and taking his form because the real Saturn can just go back to Mari Jois and out them in whatever plan they might be trying. His regen might have a limit and/or somehow be vulnerable to some of the ancient tech.
