When oda make a character sacrifice himself he always make this be a "surprise". Of course he gave clues that Pedro would sacrifice himself, but it was still something that happened suddenly. Bon Clay and Monet was also a surprise.
In Stussy case oda was extremely explicit about she sacrificing herself. Thats why I think she won't die, because its too obvious. Lucci will save her
