I don't know. Overall decreased I guess.

Positive
More invested in the manga. Got better understanding of manga narratives, saw interesting theories etc.

Negative
An year+ earlier, I was a casual fan who didn't interact with community, and was completely oblivious to agenda nonsense and enjoyed series for what it was.

I just ignore what people say .
When I first read The marineford war manga give me impression Akainu strength and Akainu become my favorite character .
‘But in 2016, people are like saying Marco is admiral or Whitebeard two akainu nonsense (Not even true and fossa say Akainu is not down) .

People argue Marco push kizaru out even through he deal no damage . Remind me of Super sonic got pushed away from bosses without getting damage taken or lose rings from bosses attack . But no one argue bosses like perfect chaos is equal to super sonic.

I enjoyed dressora arc when I first read in 2016 . Of course there are people who hate dressora arc due they have been one piece manga reader longer. But that is their opinion .

When I saw the Mihawk vs Shanks vs Akainu vs everybody shit show that restarted again after the "top 50 strongest character" event this is exactly what I thought. We have people that read the manga just to think of a way to mock in the most efficient way the rival of their preferred character, to troll is ok but from those statements there is clearly hate in them, coming from every fandom pretty much, you are making the poor experience of reading OP (after Wano) even worse. It is like if you are running on burning coal but with your hands instead of your feets.

Lol I think Hawks was probably a victim of circumstance. When I first caught up to MHA it was near the end of Overhaul's arc so I had to read weekly by the time Hawks was introduced and started taking breaks then.
Seems like he most likely is lol. You'll prolly change your mind when you do the reread cuz Hawks is great. Let me know how it goes.

Over the years I've seen people say that being a part of a community is the only reason they've stuck with the manga. Some however say that being a part of the community decreased their enjoyment of the manga, and the characters as well, to extents that they've now grown to hate it and the characters even though they were previously, supposedly, fans.

How about you? This doesn't have to be strictly One Piece related, you can account for other manga, and other communities as well, not just this forum.

Increased it, of course, especially for Mid Piece. If I have little joy out of reading Mid Piece now, at least making fun of it alongside other members of the community still gives me joy. :funky:

Increases it, for example my fav is Shanks, I started on piece because of him. It was here in the forums where I saw how much underrated was Doffy that I started to debate to protect him, suddenly I was a fan of him too.
