Speculations Does the eyepatch pirate still exist?

I do think so. There are still many question marks in One Piece (a few of them could be the same thing):
- The Man with the Burn Scar;
- The rest of the Roger Pirates (Gaban especially);
- Elbaf;
- God Valley, Rocks and the possible remnants of his crew (e.g.: Shiki);
- Imu, the Gorosei, the God's Knights and the whole WG plot.

And so on...

The eyepatch pirate is probably related to one or more of these things.

Why do People still thinks is the burnt scar when most probable that's gonna be saul?

I think the manga was pretty clear recently that burn scar man isn't Saul. Saul is on Elbaf with the library, burn scar man is sailing around in a black ship causing whirlpools

the simple reason that ohara get burnt and aokiji froze him and in the same chapter that the burnt scar is mentioned aokiji remembered him this is clearly another hint or typical loda foreshadowing
Saul been in elbaf it's the typical author distraction he may investigated about the void century and take the fishmen island poneglyph for a good purpose
For real I have the feeling that loda did all of this to at some point of the story reunite the three of ohara robin saul and aokiji having also in mind that the bbp fight could be for the 4th poneglyph

i believe the eye patch pirate is blackbeard at the end of the series. during his battle with shanks, blackbeard will go blind in one of his eyes and shanks will die. blackbeard is the most pirate-looking character in one piece, the only thing missing is the eye patch.

I like this one too! Oda stated that eye-patches have big pirate energy, so it makes sense THE pirate ends up getting one. Would also pay back Shank's scar!

When he shows up, we will know we are near the end of the series, and we know the captain of the black ship that makes whirlpools is rumored to have the final poneglyph.

Conclusion, the man who has the eye-patch will show up when the series is coming to an end, and finding the final poneglyph signals the series is coming to an end. Therefore, the captain of the black ship that creates whirlpools is the man with the eye-patch because he is rumored to have the final poneglyph.
